We at NewLense have the utmost respect for your personal privacy.

All on-line payments are handled through approved agencies such as RBS WorldPay. None of your card details will be seen by our personnel or retained in our customer database.

Sales Information

Our standard shop catalog with free delivery applies to the UK mainland only. Customers from utside the UK should register with us before ordering. If your country is not listed on the registration form, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Prices do not include VAT and VAT cannot be claimed on any purchases.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate illustrations and descriptions of the Goods offered, but we do not guarantee their accuracy. Please note particularly this caution regarding the effect of ambient lighting on reflector colours.

Orders are normally fulfilled from stock: but this is not guaranteed. We will notify you if we anticipate a significant delay or if the price of Goods rises during the period between your order and our processing and taking payment for that order. In either case, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel purchases prior to processing payment and dispatch; you will be refunded any payment already made to us for those purchases.

We will notify you by email when your goods are to be dispatched.

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for a full refund, including return shipment costs, under the following circumstances:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, private purchasers from within the EU only may elect to cancel the contract and receive a full refund of the original payment and any included delivery charge, by notifying us in writing* within 7 days of receiving the goods. In such a case, please return the goods to us in their original packing.

Please note that you have a duty to take reasonable care of such goods and that we reserve the right to exercise discretion in relation to such issues as the manner in which they have been used or treated whilst in your possession.

* Written notification should be made by post or email to the addresses on our Contact Page or via our shop's on-line Contact Form.
** You may also be entitled to repair, replacement or refund of monies paid for goods found defective after 28 days under the terms of any warranty provided with the Goods, or as provided by consumer law.

Abuse of this website, as defined in the Terms and Conditions referenced at the top of this page, may result in immediate cancellation of user accounts and orders.
